Liability Disclaimer
■ I understand that this training program is not without risk to myself, my dog, or any other human or animal. Some dogs to which exposure may occur may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the utmost care and caution.
■ I hereby waive and release Miss Behaviour Dog Training Services, the Trainer, the Trainer’s assignees, agents, and heirs, and any assistants; from any and all liability of any nature for any injury or damage which I, my dog, or any other human or animal may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the actions of any dog, including my own.
■ I expressly assume the responsibility for my own dog and the risk of any such damage or injury while in attendance at any training session or other function conducted by the Trainer, or whilst on the training grounds, my own property, or other such property as training sessions may occur at from time to time.
■ I assume all responsibility resulting from the actions of my dog with respect to injury sustained by any other person or dog as a result of the actions of my dog.
■ I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miss Behaviour Dog Training Service, Sarah Forge, of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog.
■ I understand that the recommendation of any other product of service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.
Cancellations and Refunds
■ Group classes, private training and behavioural consultations may need to be rescheduled from time to time due to safety issues, weather or other events outside of the control of the instructor. In this instance your booking is not cancelled, but rather postponed to a later date.
■ Cancellations for private lessons and behavioural consultations on the client or customers behalf with less than 72 hours notice are not refundable. “No shows” are not refundable. Your appointment can be rescheduled with advanced notice.
■ Failure to complete a compulsory online induction as directed may result in the cancellation of your appointment or lesson, without refund.
■ Once you have commenced a group class it is not refundable. The commencement date is considered to be the date on which you enrolled, and not the first class start date. If you miss a lesson, it cannot be partially refunded. It cannot be rescheduled. You may not be able to make it up a later date – however you will be supplied with the information you have missed.
■ You are not eligible for a refund in full in any circumstance. Any refunds issued are less costs already incurred, e.g. at a minimum – PayPal or Stripe transaction and administrative fees
Payment Plans & Training Packages
■ You understand that by agreeing to a payment plan, or training package you have committed to the full length of the training program as stated in the service description.
■ You understand that you are responsible for payment in full, whether it is a one time payment or payment plan, regardless of whether you choose to complete the training program.
■ No partial refunds are given for training packages if you choose not to complete the program, or do not use your training package within the specified time frame stated in the service description.
■ In all scenarios that lead to unsuccessful debiting of a payment plan (e.g. payment cancellations, change in payment method, lost or stolen cards, cancelled or expired cards) no further services will be rendered until a successful payment is made. You may not be permitted entry to a group class.
■ Where payment has not resumed successfully before your next scheduled class or lesson, your enrolment can be cancelled. Your position in the course forfeited. No refunds are given for previous payments or services rendered.

Miss Behaviour Dog Training Services does not store or retain your personal or card information details.
Coronavirus Safety
■I understand that changes in service due to the Coronavirus are not grounds for cancellation, and that Miss Behaviour Dog Training Services reserves the right to change the mode of service delivery (for example, from in-person to online) as deemed necessary and responsible by Miss Behaviour Dog Training Services
■I understand that changes in service due to the Coronavirus are not grounds for cancellation, and that Miss Behaviour Dog Training Sevices reserves the right to postpone services as deemed necessary and responsible by Miss Behaviour Dog Training Services
■ I warrant and represent that I will remain aware of and abide by local law, public health orders and public guidance on reducing COVID-19 exposure, and will follow best practices in relation to Miss Behaviour Dog Training Services’ services regarding social distancing and sanitation, including: Remaining 1.5m apart, adhering to 1 person per 4m2 rules, adhering to maximum number of persons in attendance, washing hands for 20 seconds with soapy water, applying hand sanitiser, not touching other people’s equipment, coughing or sneezing into an elbow, washing or santising hands after coughing or sneezing, wearing a face mask. Not coming to class or going ahead with private training or consultations if I, or anyone else in the household at which I reside have symptoms including: cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, runny nose, headache, muscle or joint pains, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting.
